ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

You may return any product for full credit, refund or replacement including outbound shipping charges if:

• the product is received defective
• the product involves a shipping error on our part

Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Laser Sights - RETURNS NOT ACCEPTABLE

You may NOT return the product if:

• Your wife, girlfriend, mother, father or significant other found your credit card receipt and threatened you with bodily harm if you don't get your money back
• Your Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Watch Commander, Chief, Sheriff, or other supervisor or supervisors will not allow you to carry your lasered firearm on duty. Find out your department policy before you order!
• You sold/traded/gave away or lost the gun for which you ordered the laser.
• You changed your mind. (don't order it if you don't want it)
• You just wanted to try it out....you really like it, but can't afford it.
• You wanted it for a pistol match, but the match was rained out or canceled.
• You need a refund so you can pay your rent, vehicle repair, buy something for your mom's birthday or to pay a speeding ticket.
• Any other excuse that would be considered “lame” by a “reasonable and prudent” person.

Merchandise returned that does not fall into the “Acceptable” terms will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.  No exceptions.
